The world’s only international consensus conference on how - and why - to treat and care for women and men with advanced breast cancer met for the fourth time in Lisbon, Portugal, in November 2017, at ABC4. More than 1,300 healthcare professionals - oncologists, surgeons, nurses and more, plus many patient advocates - from 89 countries heard about the state of the art in treatment and care, before an expert panel updated the international guidelines previously developed at ABC1, ABC2 and ABC3.
