Registration


Registration grants participation in all sessions, a copy of the Programme and of the Abstract Book, coffee breaks, lunches and welcome cocktail and entrance to the cultural event as indicated in the programme.

The online registration is now closed. Registration can only be processed onsite.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OR REPLACEMENT
Cancellation should be notified to ESO in writing. In case of cancellation without replacement, the fee less handling charges of EUR 100 will be refunded after the event, provided that the cancellation is received by ESO before 1 October 2013. Replacements will be possible till 1 October 2013.


CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Registration will be confirmed preferably by e-mail, or by fax or by mail.


BADGE

The badge is the only official evidence of registration and should be worn at all times during the event. Loss of badge causes loss of registration.


NURSES AND PATIENT ADVOCATES
Nurses and representatives of cancer patient advocacy non-profit organisations are eligible for a discounted registration fee:

MEDIA REGISTRATION
The congress is open to representatives of print and electronic media. Registration is free of charge to journalists who are in possession of a valid, recognised press card. Freelance journalists must present a commissioning letter on headed paper from a recognised news organisation or publication. Representatives of advertising, marketing and public relations companies are not eligible for free media registration. A copy of the Press Card or of the commissioning letter should be handed out at the Media Registration desk on-site at the Conference to process the registration after 6 November.

The online group registration is closed (21 October 2013). 


MEDIA BREAST CANCER PATIENT ADVOCACY PROGRAMME
Representatives of breast cancer patient advocacy groups are warmly invited to participate in ABC2 and actively contribute to the scientific programme and consensus sessions.
Furthermore, in collaboration with several leading breast cancer patient advocacy groups worldwide, specific additional Meet the Expert sessions have been scheduled.
